Does Nintendo switch use HDR?

Accordingly, does Nintendo switch support HDR?
Switch doesn't have HDR. In fact, the Switch itself is fully capable of doing HDR, just not outputting it because it uses an older, slower HDMI standard on the dock. Putting in the faster HDMI port would not have cost extra. It's more likely that Nintendo just doesn't understand what HDR is or why it's cool/useful.
Secondly, is the switch 1080p? The Switch's built-in screen is 720p, but Nintendo has confirmed the console can support 1080p when docked. Grand Theft Auto V runs at 1080p / 30 on both systems, and Just Cause 3 runs at 900p on the Xbox but 1080p on the PS4.
Keeping this in view, is the switch capable of 4k?
Right now the Nintendo Switch can only handle Full HD resolutions over HDMI in TV mode, and HD resolutions when in handheld mode, so the ability to play 4K video content, if not games at 4K, would be a major improvement and a feather in the new Nintendo Switch 2's cap.
What resolution is Nintendo switch?
